First of all, I am pleased to announce that I fully retired from the practice of law as of October 1, 2021, after forty-two (42) years of God’s blessing, provision and enjoyment in it!
Secondly, I am also pleased to announce that I have transferred and assigned all of my law practice to my good friend, Mr. Thomas H. Nations, Attorney at Law, as of that same date. And I have given him physical possession of all of my client files.
Just as I did, Tom focuses his law practice on the area of estate planning, including the administration of trusts and probate estates after a death.
